About Sarah Henley, LMFT
Sarah Henley is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with teens, adults, and couples. She received her Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and Expressive Arts Therapy from California Institute of Integral Studies located in San Francisco. In addition to her private practice, Sarah also teaches as an adjunct professor with at her alma mater.
Sarah is rooted in a social justice/anti-oppressive framework and firmly believes in each person’s ability to choose their own path. She welcomes people of all genders, orientations, and identities.
Sarah’s approach is eclectic, meaning she draws on theory from various modalities (CBT, EMDR, Expressive Arts, Relational, Psychodynamic). She tailors her methods to suit her clients’ needs, in an effort to help them make the most of therapy.
